Reporting directly to the owners, this position will participate in strategic planning by identifying short and long-term strategies for the Fabrication, Logistics, and Operations teams that comprise the warehousing department.Key responsibilities include the following:Leading warehouse operations, delegating tasks, and driving process improvements.Developing and managing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with a focus on cost-saving initiatives.Ensuring compliance with OSHA, GSFI, HACCP, and company policies.Managing budgets, labor goals, scheduling, and operational costs.Overseeing hiring, training, performance management, and payroll.Collaborating with internal teams to optimize order fulfillment, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Maintaining strong communication with leadership, sales, and purchasing teams.What We're Looking For:A positive, team-focused attitude5+ years of experience in warehouse managementSolid understanding of warehouse logistics, and production fulfillmentProven ability to manage and lead a team efficiently and effectivelyExcellent communication skills including the ability to express well-reasoned, independent thoughtsAbility to work Monday through Friday, and half a day on SaturdaysBi-lingual Spanish a plusBenefits & Perks:Competitive pay with quarterly bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance options, with 95% of premiums employer paidPaid time off401(k) with up to a 4% company matchOpportunities for skill development and career advancementA dynamic and supportive work environmentReady to grow with us?
