We are working with a new digital division of large telecom company in Philly who is looking for a UX Writer for a 4-6 month hybrid contract. The role requires experience crafting user-focused content for both web and mobile applications. As a key member of their product and design teams, you will play a vital role in creating meaningful, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that every word contributes to a seamless user journey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to adapt content to diverse digital platforms. This is a 40-hour week hybrid contract that requires 2-3 days/week onsite in Philly.Responsibilities:Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for web and mobile interfaces, including navigation elements, buttons, tooltips, error messages, and instructional content.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure content aligns with the overall user experience and product vision.Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize copy for usability, accessibility, and engagement.Develop content guidelines and maintain a consistent voice and tone across digital products.Ensure content adheres to brand standards and meets accessibility requirements.Translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand language that supports user goals.Analyze user behavior and feedback to continually improve content effectiveness.Participate in design critiques, content strategy sessions, and other team meetings.Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role for web and mobile products.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio showcasing user-centered copy.Strong understanding of UX design principles and how content fits into the user journey.Experience working with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven content optimization.Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital content.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
