Job Title: ParalegalLocation: Fort Worth, TX (76102)Industry: LegalPay: $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience) Job OverviewOur client, a well-established law firm specializing in civil litigation and insurance defense, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team. This individual will support a team of attorneys managing complex litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced legal setting. This firm is known for its commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and fostering a collaborative work environment.Qualifications3+ years of Paralegal experience; Insurance Defense experience required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research/case management tools.Must be Paralegal Certified.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.Ability to work onsite in a professional business environment.Preferred:Bilingual fluent in Spanish and English.Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses.Conduct legal research and gather case-related information.Organize and maintain case files, ensuring compliance with court procedures.Assist in trial preparation, including creating exhibits and trial binders.Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.Summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and legal documents.Coordinate case deadlines and assist in managing attorney schedules.Selling PointsComprehensive health benefits package, including PTO and structured increases based on tenure.Retirement plan with employer contributions.Covered garage parking for employee convenience.If you are a detail-oriented Paralegal with litigation experience, apply today to join a dynamic legal team!Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
