Project Estimator

Job Summary:• Provides estimates for utility construction projects between $500K - $200M (Capital improvement projects, new construction, outage projects, O&M projects, and Asset Retirement Obligation projects).• Provides original or revised project estimates in support of the annual Capital Budget development process, typically involving up to five hundred estimates.• Provides estimate support during state or federal regulatory reviews including a review of all estimates supporting the latest approved Capital Budget.• Estimating with timely roll-out and execution of the entire estimate deliverable process.• Assesses and accounts for project financial (estimation) risk through collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.• Identifying and estimating labor, materials, equipment, services, and other costs for projects.• Work with Project Controls Coordinator on initiatives to streamline and improve estimating processes.
