Position OverviewUltimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Front Office Coordinator to join their client's team in California. The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front office. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage various tasks efficiently while creating a welcoming atmosphere.Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties: Greet and assist clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel and maintaining a positive first impression of the organization.Communication Management: Answer and route incoming calls, responding to inquiries and relaying messages accurately and promptly.Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointments and meetings, coordinating schedules for staff and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies, ensuring an organized and efficient workspace.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.Customer Service: Address client needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, telephone systems).Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred, but not mandatory.Required Work HoursMonday through Friday, 1st shift.BenefitsThis role is vital for creating a positive experience for clients and supporting the overall efficiency of the office.Additional DetailsSalary: $26 - $30 per hourAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
