As a Digital Marketing Strategist at iFocus Marketing, you will be at the forefront of crafting and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our clients. You will work collaboratively with a talented team to deliver innovative solutions that drive client growth and success.Duties and Responsibilities:Understand client's business goals in order to develop proven strategies and articulate strategic opportunities to better serve our clientsConduct social and web audits and market research to identify opportunities for existing and potential clientsIntegrate digital and media strategies to amplify key initiatives to meet KPIsDeliver digital marketing solutions to business problems and pain pointsPartner with operations teams to ensure integration of digital strategies that work in sync to tell a holistic storyResearch marketing industry reports to identify pain points and trends in a client's industryCollaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management from New Business Development, Account Management and Internal TeamsCreate digital strategies that utilize all tools and channels, including paid digital media, social, SEO and othersAnalyze analytics to identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seek creative ideas for strategiesProvide insights on latest trends and best practices of emerging concepts, trends, technologies, and their potential benefitsAct as the strategic and executional lead through the implementation process and work directly with operations team leads to develop strategies. Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent job experience (emphasis on digital marketing preferred)5+ years of digital marketing experienceProficient in digital marketing tools Strong understanding of SEO and content management, which includes the understanding of keyword research, content quality and quantity and the ability to perform a full website analysisExperience in paid and organic media to drive and enhance consumer engagementHave the ability to see big picture as well as attention to detailGreat communicator who is not afraid to share your opinionStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyExcellent problem solver who stays calm under pressure and when challenges ariseDeep knowledge of all aspects of platforms, vendors, measurement, content creation, media, and technologyAble to manage multiple projects and deadlines and thrives in a fast-paced environmentUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketingExhibits passion and proactive energy for new and emerging tools and technologiesThis is a hybrid position that will require at least two days per week working in our office after 90 daysPreferred QualificationsAgency experience Experience in Conversion rate optimization, UI/UX researchWorking knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, etc.GA4 certificationPay & Benefits SummaryIndividually, our team members are enthusiastic forces of digital marketing.
