Employee Engagement Manager:Focused on developing and implementing that enhance Associate satisfaction, retention and overall workplace culture.Works with the Talent Acquisition department to improve hiring decisionsParticipates in the Onboarding experience to improve the overall experience and get new hires engaged from the beginningDesign, execute and analyze data from using various collection instruments (questionnaires, surveys, structured interviews, focus groups, etc.)Works with the Training Department to provide Associates with opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancementTracks metrics such as retention, satisfaction and productivity, to help evaluate engagement and identify areas of improvementDevelop initiatives aimed at retaining top talent and minimizing turnoverOverseeing and enhancing Associate recognition initiatives to foster a culture of appreciationPlan team-building events within departments to improve engagementMeets with Associates daily to measure their engagement, understand their challenges and create plans to improve satisfaction of workSupport team member engagement through communications efforts to ensure an understanding of Malin's culture, vision, strategic goals and overall business objectivesEnhance Associate engagement by designing and implementing communication campaigns that inform and engage associates on key initiatives, policies and processesWorks closely with Sr. Leadership to ensure that engagement initiatives align with organizational goalsStaying informed about best practices in Associate engagement and adapting strategies accordingly
