With a reputation that sets it apart as one of the most exciting architecture firms in NYC, this client offers a unique, one-stop solution for all client needs.Position Overview: Senior Operations & QEWI SpecialistWe are seeking a highly experienced professional with 15+ years in the industry to join this dynamic team in a senior operational role, where you will also serve as a registered QEWI. This position is critical in managing key operational responsibilities, ensuring quality and compliance, and driving the success of the firm's expansive and diverse project portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Meetings:Coordinate and manage internal kick-off, milestone, and closeout meetings for projects.Verify schedules and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.Field Work & Inspections:Conduct on-site inspections, document existing conditions, and perform field testing.Perform and coordinate forensic inspections and testing activities.Generate comprehensive field and expert reports detailing observations and findings.Communication & Documentation:Prepare written correspondence with clients and contractors, maintaining clear and consistent communication.Understand investigation reports and bid documents to ensure accurate project implementation.Communicate project status and proactively address issues or discrepancies.Maintain organized records, files, and project data for easy accessibility.Collect post-project feedback to identify areas for improvement.Technical Guidance & Cross-Functional Collaboration:Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the design and construction phases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.Networking & Representation:Engage in networking activities and represent the company at events and seminars.Operational Leadership & Compliance:Oversee and enhance the firm's operational processes to support diverse project needs.Serve as a registered QEWI, working closely with senior leadership to manage compliance requirements and contribute to strategic decisions.What They Offer:Competitive Compensation:Salary potential up to $165,000, reflective of the seniority and breadth of responsibilities associated with this role.Incentives & Perks:Enjoy a generous bonus structure and participation in a profit-sharing program.Comprehensive Benefits Package:Includes full healthcare coverage (with enhanced provisions for senior team members), vision, dental, and a 401k plan.Additional Perks:Company-provided cell phone and commuting reimbursement, designed to support both your professional and personal needs.This is a unique opportunity to join a firm that is as diverse in its project portfolio as it is in its team, offering a chance to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking and highly respected organization.
