Senior Structural Engineer, PE

Key Responsibilities:Perform structural analysis, engineering calculations, and design improvements using specialized software and proprietary tools. Serve as the Professional Engineer (PE) of Record, reviewing and stamping project drawings and calculations. Ensure all projects meet applicable codes, specifications, and safety standards. Collaborate with external consultants and engineers to optimize project outcomes. Provide technical support to sales and manufacturing teams, assisting with new opportunities and client requests. Stay up to date with evolving industry regulations and their impact on engineering practices. Mentor and train internal teams on structural design principles and product applications. What You Bring:PE licensure (with the ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed). Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, including product design and analysis. Expertise in engineering software and tools for structural analysis. Strong understanding of relevant building codes and industry regulations. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with a passion for innovation.
