Job Summary:ABB is seeking a Site Manager to lead and oversee project execution at our sites, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This role involves site leadership, coordination, cost management, and stakeholder relations while ensuring compliance with ABB standards.Travel expectations 50% to sites all over the United States and CanadaKey Responsibilities:Site Leadership & Coordination - Lead site teams, allocate tasks, and oversee project execution from start to finish.HSE & Compliance - Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met; enforce ABB policies and statutory regulations.Subcontractor & Cost Management - Supervise subcontractors, control costs, and track progress.Stakeholder Engagement - Act as the key contact for customers, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth operations.Planning & Execution - Manage schedules, risk assessments, logistics, material handling, and project closure activities.Required Skills:?
