SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Global Program Content Manager to support our partner programs with a primary focus on content creation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of partner ecosystems, strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent project management skills. A passion for partner engagement and success is essential.In this role, you will craft engaging, high-impact content that positions Brivo as the vendor of choice for our partners. Also, you will be able to equip our channel partners with the tools, resources, and messaging necessary for success. Many of your responsibilities will involve supporting our API Technology Partner Program. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including product, learning & development, marketing, and sales to ensure program success and alignment with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesContent Development:Create high-quality written materials to maintain and grow mindshare within Brivo's partner baseDevelop targeted content to attract and recruit new partnersProduce partner-specific guides, presentations, playbooks, success stories, and training materials tailored to the partner ecosystemAPI Technology Partner Program:Oversee all aspects of the program, including recruitment, onboarding, certification, and activation of partnersSupport education and training initiatives aimed at equipping Brivo's sales teams and reseller partners with knowledge about API offeringsProgram Management:Own and continuously improve Brivo's demonstration and proof-of-concept programsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales, operations) to ensure program goals, deliverables, and outcomes are metQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field3+ years of experience in content creation, partner program management, or similar roles3+ years of experience in B2B and/or SaaS industryExperience within the physical security/access control industry is strongly preferredProven track record in developing content for partner positioning, marketing campaigns, and partner programsStrong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable materials for both technical and non-technical audiencesExceptional cross-functional communication and collaboration skillsHighly organized, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-makingWhy Join Us? Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
