Sourcing and Production Assistant

This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of quality, competitive pricing, and seamless supply chain operations. You will work closely with the product development and production teams to manage product catalogs, pricing, and vendor relationships.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing & Vendor CoordinationIdentify and evaluate new suppliers for yoga and fitness equipment to ensure alignment with company quality standards and cost objectives.Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and negotiate pricing and contracts.Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, production schedules, and order statuses.Product Catalog ManagementUpdate and maintain accurate product catalogs, including specifications, images, and descriptions.Collaborate with the marketing team to provide updated product details for online and offline channels.Track and analyze trends to recommend updates or additions to the product line.Pricing ManagementAssist in pricing analysis by comparing supplier quotes and market trends.Monitor costs throughout the supply chain to ensure profitability and competitiveness.Prepare pricing updates and reports for management review.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in sourcing, production, or supply chain roles (preferably in the fitness or consumer goods industry).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain management tools.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of yoga and fitness equipment is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and dynamic environment.A chance to work in a wellness-focused, mission-driven company.
