Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 support for numerous critical data pipelines.Handle daily operations such as data validation, entry, cleaning, security audits, and reporting.Manage incidents, including user communication and reporting to management.Develop tools, documentation, and processes to aid daily operations and support.Support complex permission and entitlement operations across various systems.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Over 3 years of experience in a client-facing support or operations role.Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments, both on-premises and in AWS.Experience with SQL Server and Python.Financial industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.Strong attention to detail and a passion for process.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to the highest ethical standards.Desired Skills and ExperienceData Analysis PythonSQL ServerData validationData Cleaning
