Position OverviewMichilli Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our President. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Italian. This role is based in our NYC office. This dynamic position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent service. The successful candidate is enthusiastic, cheerful and personable. They can work effectively under pressure while balancing multiple objectives and remaining calm and focused.Duties & ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportProvide comprehensive administrative support to the President, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Oversee office administrative tasks to maintain daily operations and support organizational efficiency.Internal and External LiaisonServe as a liaison between the President and internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication. Communicate with persons across the United States and Italy by phone and electronically.Calendar & Travel ManagementManage the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, resolving agenda conflicts, and optimizing time management. Organize and coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, rental cars, and restaurant reservations.Meeting Attendance & DocumentationPrepare and manage agendas and documentation for meetings.
