Our Mission is to provide a fast, quality car wash with friendly-spirited engagement and integrity.ResponsibilitiesAssist with Platform's M&A and de novo site development pipeline from acquisition through construction and site openingAssist the VP Design & Construction with qualifying general contractors, project bidding, contract negotiations and ultimately the execution of construction contracts to build or convert new car wash locationsField tasks include site assessments/inspections, progress reports, attending pre-construction and construction site visits, punch list walk through's and follow up, along with coordinating new wash ordering and equipment setupReview monthly pay apps and any applicable change orders along with the VP of Design & ConstructionManage project cost per approved budgets and due datesHold weekly conference calls / meetings with consultants and general contractors to review project status reports and track construction schedule milestonesAbility to review and analyze surveys, geotech reports, environmental reports, civil and architectural plansCoordinate the review and response of RFI's on specific construction projectsCollaborate with the Development Team to create, review, sign off and ultimately be accountable for budgets, design standards, and timeframes for project completionMaintain individual construction project tracking and reporting that is consistent with department goalsResponsible for all open wash locations in the region: facility, site, and equipment repair and/or replacementTrack Facilities & Maintenance Program across the region with the Sr Director of Facilities & Maintenance to allow for accurate reporting and dashboards for managementDirect relationship management of third-party vendors relating to all aspects of facilities and maintenance of car wash facilities. Source new vendors as neededManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining and updating tracking tools to monitor progress and timelinesManage deadlines and report on progress to ensure each project is delivered on time and on budgetCoordinating the delivery of projects and adjusting as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and our high quality of standardsAssist with compiling all budgets required for large spend CAPEX projectsAssist with due diligence efforts for new platform acquisitions and add-on acquisitions to existing platformsCollaborate with operations team to ensure facilities are being maintained up to standardsAssist with special projects as neededReview and approve construction and facilities invoices on a weekly basisRecommend continuous process improvementsConduct other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred5+ years of experience in construction or facilities with an emphasis on car wash construction and/or maintenanceSpecialized knowledge in car wash tunnels equipment, vacuum, and point of sale strongly preferredWorking knowledge of building electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsExcellent project management, analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills with ability to adhere to timelines and milestonesCross functional experience in large scale multi-unit / multi-brand operationsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsProven leader and ability to work cross functionally with teams in other departments to achieve successComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines where speed to market is a strategic advantagePrevious use of technology tools: Microsoft Office Suite, , and Smartsheet preferredDemonstrated ability to handle multiple projectsHighly motivated, high energy, results driven individualStrong attention to detailCompany Core ValuesSafety in Every Action: We prioritize the safety of our teammates and customers by embedding it in our culture and operations.Execution: With a focus on creating exceptional car wash experiences, we are committed to operational excellence in every aspect.Leadership: We believe in mentoring and empowering our teams to lead with integrity and achieve their best.Fun: A positive, spirited atmosphere is key to our success, making work enjoyable and fulfilling.Summit Wash Holdings brands consist of Waters Car Wash, Speeders, Russell Speeders Car Wash and Fred's Car Wash
