Payroll Specialist?? Location: Richmond, Kentucky?? Full-Time - On-SiteWe are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team! This role will support payroll functions, ensure accurate data entry, and assist with accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in payroll processing and data management.Key Responsibilities: ? Assist in the oversight, collection, recording, and correction of daily production reports. ? Support payroll functions, including inputting and updating time records in payroll systems. ? Balance payroll documents and reconcile data in UKG. ? Review and correct weekly data kickouts to maintain accuracy. ? Scan and archive production reports and completed C&Rs weekly. ? Assist the Plant Accounting Manager with annual budget preparation and physical inventory. ? Provide support to the Accounting Department as needed.Qualifications:? Experience in payroll processing, accounting, or a related field.? Proficiency in UKG or similar payroll software is a plus.? Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.?
