Senior Business Analyst - HealthcareLocation: Renton, WA (Primarily on-site)Salary: $120 - 130k Schedule: Standard 8-5 or optional 9/80 schedule with every other Friday offOverview:We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with healthcare experience to join our growing Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role is critical in assessing, analyzing, and mapping business processes, particularly clinical and patient workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to interact with stakeholders, and a deep understanding of workflow mapping in a healthcare setting.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and document current and future state workflows for clinical and patient processes.Work closely with stakeholders to observe business processes onsite and virtually as required.Support projects such as the opening of a new medical oncology clinic and cancer center and document retention migration to Epic's Gallery version.Perform workflow mapping and process analysis to drive improvements.Engage in team meetings (monthly onsite) and project-based onsite work, which may require varying levels of in-person presence (e.g., once a week, three times a week, or full-time onsite for a period).Effectively communicate findings and recommendations in business-friendly language to stakeholders.Qualifications:Healthcare experience is required.Business Analyst certification highly desired.Experience with workflow mapping and process analysis in a healthcare environment.Ability to engage with internal customers and translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations.Strong articulation and communication skills, avoiding overly technical jargon when speaking with stakeholders.Additional Information:This is not a flexible work-from-home role; onsite presence is required based on project needs.The team currently consists of two Business Analysts as part of the new EPMO.If you have the required healthcare experience, workflow mapping expertise, and Business Analyst certification, we encourage you to apply.
