The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for servicing a designated segment of Personal Lines accounts, including auto, homeowners, and excess lines. The role focuses on providing personalized assistance to clients, promoting teamwork, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in the success of our clients and agency.Key Responsibilities:Service Personal Lines clients via calls, emails, mail, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Write new Personal Lines policies for existing clients, including quoting, preparing applications, issuing binders, processing policy issuance, and handling down payments.Discuss policy coverage with clients, providing recommendations based on their needs and priorities.Conduct account rounding by offering quotes for other lines of insurance to contribute to agency growth.Review renewal policies, suggest changes to clients, and remarket policies when necessary to retain business.Guide clients through the claims reporting process, providing assistance and updates throughout the claims journey.Benefits: Amazing perks and a highly competitive compensation package "”including PTO, annual bonuses, hybrid schedule (1 day remote, 4 days in-office), and a robust comprehensive benefits package.Qualifications:Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience preferred.Experience using AMS360 or similar management systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
