This position is ideal for a motivated 3rd-5th year investment management attorney from a top-tier law firm or in-house counsel at a hedge fund.Key Responsibilities:Legal:Draft and negotiate various agreements, including sub-advisory, prime brokerage, and NDAs.Maintain and update offering materials, regulatory filings, and corporate documents.Support the Board, committees, and firm departments with legal guidance.Compliance:Implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures.Conduct periodic testing and updates to ensure regulatory alignment.Collaborate with external consultants and support compliance initiatives.Must have:-JD-3+ years hedge fund experience41851
