This is a full-time, in-office role, perfect for individuals looking to take their career to the next level.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the entire title process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of title services.Review and analyze title reports, liens, and related documents for accuracy and compliance with NYS regulations.Work closely with clients, attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals to resolve title issues and facilitate closings.Prepare and deliver final title policies and related documentation to all parties.Maintain organized records and ensure all transactions comply with company and industry standards.Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in the title industry, specifically with title processes and regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex title issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in title software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.What We Offer:Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000, based on experience.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.A supportive and collaborative team environment.The chance to work with a reputable company with a strong presence in NY and NJ.
