Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Director of Operations at Laurel Lodging located in Mount Laurel, NJ. As a Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple properties within the region. You'll work closely with property managers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability across the region.QualificationsProven experience in hospitality management or related fieldStrong leadership and management skills. Must have Hilton, Marriott, IHG regional experience for a minimum of 5 yeras.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze financial data and make informed business decisionsExperience in budgeting and strategic planningKnowledge of industry regulations and best practicesStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to travel within the region as requiredBachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
