Power BI Developer/ Admin

Contract to Hire OpportunityHybrid Role: 2-3 days a week onsite in NY Required QualificationsWork Experience:5+ experiences with Power BI administration.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric capacity, including migration from Power BI capacity.5+ experiences in building interactive dashboards, reports, and data models.Technical Expertise:Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling techniques.Knowledge of Fabric architecture, capacity planning, and optimization.Familiarity with Azure Synapse, Data Lake, or other Fabric-related components is a plus.Soft Skills:Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Fabric, or related technologies.Experience in automating administrative tasks using PowerShell or REST APIs.Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools.
