Focused exclusively on fast-start, dispatchable power, our client supports both energy security and renewable growth with complete turbine services, project development, equipment manufacturing, turnkey generation facilities, operations, and maintenance.Position Responsibilities:Supervision of 10 direct reportsPlanning and managing projects and processes such as scheduling, budgeting, or ensuring compliance.Meet expectations for safety, quality, productivity, attendance/punctuality, and teamwork.Establishing schedules for maintenance and day-to-day operationsSupervising maintenance and repairs of equipment, and inspecting work areas for safety and orderlinessReview and maintain team members' work performanceReporting on project specifications and requirements to relevant staffSchedule production and day-to-day tasks for team members.Training staff in work and safety procedures, and in the use of equipment and suppliesImplement and maintain a 5S production areaOperate overhead cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks
