Training and Development Specialist

Now Hiring: Training Specialist (Hybrid - Cumberland, RI) We are seeking a Training Material & Subject Matter Expert to develop and deliver training programs for our Contact Center team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring employees are fully equipped to provide a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate is someone who can createdevelop, and deliver top notch training materials.Position Details:Location: Hybrid - Work from home Monday & Friday, in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday (Cumberland, RI)Start Date: 2/24/2025 | End Date: 8/24/2025Hours: 40 per weekKey Responsibilities:Develop and deliver instructor-led training, job aids, and e-learning modulesCollaborate with teams to enhance training programs based on business needsTrack and report program effectiveness, assessments, and areas for improvementStay up to date with training trends and leverage learning management systemsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of progressive training experienceExperience designing and facilitating technical/operational training programsStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skillsUtility experience preferred but not requiredPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Rhode Island Energy's policies, processes, and systemsUnderstanding of customer experience within a regulated environmentThis role requires someone who can both develop content and deliver it while becoming a subject matter expertIf this sounds like a great fit for you or someone in your network, let's connect.
