SummaryThe Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Strategy & Planning and driving the execution of internal projects and customer launches. This individual will act as a key liaison across departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. The role also includes data gathering and analysis to support decision-making, as well as managing special projects assigned by the President and Director.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Project Management:Oversee the scope, budget, schedule, and performance of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Define project goals, organize cross-functional teams, allocate resources, create schedules, and mitigate risks.Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment across teams.Customer Launch Coordination:Manage timelines and deliverables for customer project launches, ensuring all milestones are met.Act as the point of contact between internal teams and customers to address requirements and resolve challenges.Data Analysis & Reporting:Gather, compile, and analyze data to track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.Special Projects:Lead or contribute to initiatives and assignments from the President and Director of Strategy & Planning.Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for strategic decision-making.Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Build relationships with internal departments, including engineering, purchasing, scheduling, and program management, to ensure cohesive project execution.Support pricing reviews and recommend adjustments to enhance competitivenessOther duties may be assigned as necessary.Education, Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree requiredWilling to obtain Project Management CertificationsProven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of OEMs and material specifications.Demonstrated ability to compile, analyze, and present large data sets effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality procedures, and cross-functional operations.Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently and lead teams in a dynamic environment.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
