This role involves solving complex design, manufacturing, and field challenges, ensuring seamless transitions from engineering to production.Key Responsibilities:Design and prototype complex mechanical assembliesConduct DFM, tolerance stack-up analysis, and FMEAPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actionsLead design changes, BOM management, and ECR/ECO processesWork closely with cross-functional engineering teamsSupport manufacturing, supply chain, and product quality improvementsCollaborate on new product development and field issue resolutionsMentor and guide junior engineersEnsure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and industry regulationsTravel for customer support, field evaluations, and production launches
