Job Role: Training Coordinator Location: Dearborn, MI (50 Kirts Blvd Troy, MI office)Type: OnsiteJob Description/About the job/Your RoleAs a Training coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for Training the L1 agents and overseeing training requirements.Monitor Software Support Hotline related dashboardsParticipate in monthly calibration sessions, peer reviews, team meetings, coaching and training sessionsAchieve all customer handling/resolution objectives and metrics while seeking opportunities to improve efficiency.Train Level 1 PreAssessment Agents based on client's training materialOversight of training Needs for additional development of Training requirementsLead Teaming sessionsConduct 1:1 training when needed with individual Level 1 agentsQualificationsAny Graduate (3-4 years course)5+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching and trainingProficiency in automotive hardware and software systems with its functionality is preferredExperience in working and managing communications, with multiple cross-functional teams/stakeholders
