Junior Graphic Designer

This is an in-office position within a professional workplace, and remote work is not an option. A portfolio is required for consideration; applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.Our real estate investment company is seeking a talented and experienced Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, images, and other design elements that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. This position requires a strong creative skill set, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Develop and design creative visual materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, infographics, banner ads, email marketing graphics and other marketing collateralWeb and App UX/UI designCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure all design materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company's messagingCreate and edit images, graphics, and other visual elements for use on websites and social media channelsStay up to date with design trends, software, and technologiesManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent work experience1+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or related industryStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other graphic design softwareUX/UI ExperienceExcellent attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a team and communicate design ideas effectivelyStrong time management and project management skillsYou must include a link to your portfolio to be considered. No exceptions.Mac ProficientHas a keen eye for site functionality and areas of site improvementBasic-Intermediate Knowledge of HTML/CSSTechnical understanding of websitesOutstanding ability to organize and prioritize daily workflow.Pay Scale and Compensation Benefits:The Junior Graphic Designer position will be full-time, with a competitive salary range of $55k-60k annually based on experience and qualifications.
