Studio Coordinator Fine Jewelry

Bernard James is a Brooklyn-based fine jewelry brand redefining modern luxury through high-quality, timeless design and impactful storytelling. We have been featured in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Hypebeast, and GQ, among many others.We are seeking a Studio Coordinator to assist with sales operations, order fulfillment, and customer relationship management. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to the growth of our brand. You will work closely with the Creative Director, production team, and sales partners to ensure seamless operations.This role requires weekend availability as part of the regular schedule.Key Responsibilities:Sales Operations & Strategy: Develop and track strategies across sales channels, analyze metrics, and generate reports to optimize performance.Order Fulfillment & QC: Manage DTC and wholesale fulfillment, ensuring timely shipments and quality control before dispatch.Invoicing & AP: Process invoices, track payments, and coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely transactions.Customer Lead Generation & CRM: Use CRM tools to manage and nurture leads, drive sales, and expand our customer base.Wholesale & Partner Support: Work with retail partners to update inventory, refine marketing strategies, and strengthen relationships.Trunk Show Execution: Plan and execute trunk shows, handling logistics, outreach, and sales initiatives.Private Sales & Client Relations: Assist with client appointments, support private sales efforts, and develop new customer engagement strategies.Merchandising & Product Development: Support collection planning through data analysis, comp shopping, and market research.Front-of-House Support: Assist customers in-store, provide product education, and manage repair drop-offs.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in sales, operations, or studio coordination (luxury, jewelry, or fashion preferred)Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skillsExperience with order fulfillment, invoicing, and CRM systemsDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independentlyReliable, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills & Tools:Shopify experience required (order management, fulfillment, inventory)QuickBooks preferred (for invoicing and AP tracking)Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM toolsExperience with POS systems and customer-facing retail salesCompensation & Benefits:Salary: 45k - 60k/ year (+ health insurance)Growth Opportunities: Career development and internal promotionsEmployee Discounts: Exclusive Bernard James Fine Jewelry perksCollaborative Work Environment: Join a passionate and driven teamHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience in sales operations, fulfillment, and customer engagement.
