Technical Product Manager

Job Description SummaryWe are looking for a Product Manager with a passion for gaming, defining product requirements, and collaborating with development teams to deliver our product strategy.This role will be highly visible to senior leadership and at the core of defining product requirements to support the development of new and existing gaming products and engines. The role requires individuals to understand the needs of the business clients, consumer patrons, consumer players, and internal users, as well as both player and market trends within the various global markets. The individual will interact with a wide range of internal customers ranging across all business units. This role will be responsible for coordinating product roadmaps and defining requirements through collaboration for the products they are assigned, ensuring market problems are solved, and product deadlines are met with high quality. This position also entails dependency alignment, and backlog prioritization and is actively involved in live issue resolution. This role will be at the forefront of Aristocrat's continuing mission to maintain a dominant position in the market through effective and creative product strategy.Job RequirementsBe accountable for the assigned product roadmaps, ensuring strategic alignment across multiple product teams.Create, maintain, and provide clarity of product requirements and dependencies through the engineering lifecycle.Establish and maintain successful working relationships with all related internal and external teams.Collaborate with technology delivery leads to commit to and execute product delivery timelines.Serve as a team representative at all levels, including customers and executive leadership.Ability to compile documentation, report accurate and consumable product status, and create professional presentations.Able to research market products, competitor analysis, gather and document requirements, and recommend product roadmaps.Able to understand complex technology architectures, API gateways, data structures, and how they transition over time along a product roadmap.Some products and markets may include indoor display systems, gaming jackpot systems, local and remote jackpot, and media management systems, content planning and distribution systems, advertising/campaign systems, technology security capabilities, casino management systems, online gaming systems, AI technologies, consumer mobile/web gaming systems, payment processing systems, loyalty systems, customer relationship management & player marketing and acquisition management systemsQualifications5+ years of experience documenting software product requirements and product backlog management.An understanding of complex technology ecosystems, technology integration standards and protocols, and digital wallet/infrastructure payment systems.2+ years of experience documenting detailed product requirements.5+ years of experience in understanding and communicating a product vision.Must be able to comprehend technical challenges, understand limitations and impact on the customer, and manage risk in reviewing technology options.5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams, especially with software developers, project managers, and other product managers.Comfortable with ambiguity; welcomes the challenge of refining a high-level vision into deliverable requirements.Must be a "team player" with the ability to work within collaborative environments to organize and facilitate program reviews, roadmap reviews, new product initiation meetings and investigations, and business case reviews.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent skills with PowerPoint presentation creation and presenting to varying parties.Proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. This is a temporary contract role at Aristocrat. The individual selected for this position will be employed by our staffing partner and not an employee of Aristocrat.
