This role offers hands-on experience in court appearances, depositions, discovery, law and motion practice, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, and research skills, along with the ability to multitask effectively in a team-oriented setting. The firm values attorneys who take initiative in advancing cases and are dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and draft substantive motionsArgue motions before the Superior Court and attend court appearancesTake and defend depositionsManage cases from intake through trial preparationWork collaboratively with a team to advocate for clients' rightsQualificationsJ.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolAdmission to the California State Bar (or pending admission)Experience with legal research, motion drafting, and litigation strategyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlinesA demonstrated commitment to workers' rights and diversity in the legal professionBilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus but not requiredCompensation & BenefitsAnnual salary: $110,000 - $140,000+ (commensurate with experience)Performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities401(k) plan with employer matchingMedical and dental insurancePaid time off (PTO)Reimbursement of State Bar duesThis opportunity is open to both first year associates and experienced attorneys.
