They work across a few different disciplines but their utilities department is the biggest in the business. They have a great culture and a lot of growth opportunities as the business continues to go from strength to strength in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Experience supervising Jr engineers is preferred.3 direct reports from day one.Leading the team on P&C projects.Mentoring and training those in your team.Overseeing P&C design, providing QA/QC and signing off drawings.Opportunities to develop up the management chain.The successful candidate must have/show:10+ years of substation design experience.Bachelors degree in an engineering disciplinePE certification is required.
