This role will work 40 hours per week and is onsite in Cupertino.The technical writer will work in a cross-functional team on a hardware industry standard speciation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a public-facing document and collaborate with engineers in a global technology company.Responsibilities: Edit and re-write existing standards documents for brevity and clarityAttend regular meetings with SMEsInitiate and conduct document reviews for accuracy and adherence to style guidesManage deliverables and deadlinesQualifications:BS/MS with at least 10 years of work experienceProficiency with English grammar and punctuationExcellent communication skills for effective teamworkStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and self-drivenAbility to work with tight deadlines and to manage workload efficientlyExtensive experience with MSWord and applying Industry style guidesExperience writing for public standards and regulatory bodiesDesign experience with hardware interfaces
