DescriptionThe Client Service Director is instrumental in growing market revenue through new business development, expansion of existing client accounts, matching and delivery of consultants to specific client opportunities, oversight of client engagements, and continuously building a selective pipeline of quality talent. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with the opportunity to build and own a client portfolio, while working in partnership with tenured colleagues to achieve key business objectives. Areas of responsibility:Accountable for sales activity and revenue growth for a defined portfolio of business.Remain highly self-motivated and driven to achieve a comprehensive set of performance metrics.Build quality, long-term, mutually rewarding relationships with clients and consultants.Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve portfolio sales goals and objectives.Proactively seeks to bring innovative ideas and approaches to account strategy.Negotiate and execute MSAs for new clients.Remain highly selective in vetting and matching consultants to client opportunities.Accountable for quality control and delivery performance to ensure proper oversight of engagements.Support Talent Management recruiting efforts in maintaining a healthy pipeline of high-quality consultants for all service offerings/capabilities tailored to current market demand.Cultivate strong internal relationships and team collaboration.Continuously message BrightCore's service offerings/capabilities in the marketplace. Create a positive client and consultant experience aligned with company values.Required ExperienceBachelor's Degree, Finance or Accounting (REQUIRED).3+ years Business Development experience in Professional Services - Finance & Accounting (REQUIRED).Embraces an entrepreneurial spirit.Creativity in using a broad range of sales and client development techniques.Sense of urgency, accountability, and enthusiasm in working with people.Strong capacity for networking and building lasting business relationships with clients and consultants.Proven ability to consistently demonstrate collaboration, teamwork, and lead by example.Personal attributes of being driven by goals, mentally resilient, positive, adaptable, and of high integrity.CompensationHighly competitive Compensation Package including Salary, Commissions, and Bonus Incentive Plan.
