Associate Attorney - Real Estate Litigation

Our client, a prominent real estate law firm in New York, seeks an associate attorney with strong real estate litigation experience. The firm has a supportive and collegial culture and is a particularly good fit for entrepreneurial attorneys looking to grow in their careers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience litigating real estate matters, ideally with prior work on secured creditor enforcement matters. This role is hybrid, with three days on-site in midtown Manhattan. Competitive salary of 125k-160k depending on experience. Responsibilities include:• Independently handling all aspects of Secured Financing enforcement proceedings• Drafting and arguing dispositive motions and injunction papers• Diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages• Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and appeals• Handling State and Federal Court appearances and mediations
