Eleven Recruiting is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to lead organizational analysis efforts, identify current capabilities, propose opportunities for improvement, and drive the measurement, prioritization, and implementation of these opportunities. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Cary, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners to strategize and deliver product roadmaps, offering cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance the mortgage loan process for our customers.ResponsibilitiesLead organizational analysis to identify current capabilities, recommend improvements, and prioritize implementation efforts.Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment.Gather business requirements impacting technology systems and collaborate with technology partners to develop solutions.Write, communicate, and validate requirements and user stories using tools such as: cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state charts, data dictionaries, and class/entity relationship diagrams.Work within an Agile framework, contributing effectively to Scrum or Kanban teams, and participate in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives.Identify and manage stakeholders across functional areas to implement projects, understanding their authority and influence on business processes.Document acceptance criteria and maintain system and user documentation.Coordinate and conduct testing, user training, and workflow documentation.Provide regular verbal and written reports to management.Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT teams to define when user stories are complete.Conduct risk assessments, mitigate risks to projects, and assist with backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning.Support Product Owners in strategizing the delivery of product roadmaps.Plan, develop, oversee, execute, and certify changes by creating rigorous test plans and tracking results to ensure alignment with finalized requirements.Perform other related duties as required and assigned.Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture and values.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.7+ years of experience in Agile environments.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in G-Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Data analysis experience, knowledge of BI tools, and proven experience mentoring junior analysts is preferred.
