Eaze is a direct-to-consumer cannabis retailer and technology platform operating nationally in CA, CO, and FL.Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the procurement and distribution of non-medicated items to retail locations. This role also entails multistate analysis and assortment curation at the retail locations.ResponsibilitiesVendor Management & SourcingVet, onboard, and manage vendor relationshipsSource non-medicated products, negotiate wholesale rates, set SRP, and manage catalog in both ERP and POS systemsBuying & Inventory PlanningLeverage sales data and current inventory levels to create and submit purchase ordersResponsible for replenishing stores based on forecasted demand and presentation minimumsOptimize cost inventory ownership, and execute store-level inventory consolidations as neededPartner with the marketing team to highlight promotional opportunities and plan effective demand simulation strategiesAssortment Ownership AnalysisCurate national assortment of non-medicated items for retail and eComm, leveraging sales data and market research to optimize portfolioIdeate, execute, and analyze assortment and pricing strategies that maximize revenue, increase space utilization, and appeal to the local marketDictate and manage store-level breadth and depth strategy including visual merchandisingAdditional Purchasing ResponsibilitiesSupport purchasing team in vendor correspondence, executing purchase orders, inventory management, sales analysis, etcRequirementsOn-Site in Denver, CO (hybrid role)2-3 years experience preferably in inventory planning, allocation, buying, or supply chainCannabis industry experience is a plus specifically in hard goods/accessories Obtains a detail-oriented, collaborative, and analytical skill setExcel proficiency is a plusAbility to read/write in EnglishReliable transportationThe job description is not an all-inclusive list of duties performed, but rather a reflection of typical work performed in that position.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe strive to be an equal opportunity employer and enthusiastically encourage people from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences to apply.
