Judge Direct Placement is seeking a bilingual Production Supervisor in Cranbury, NJ area! The qualified candidate will be responsible for all activity of operations with assurance and quality products to achieve maximum efficiency.Hours are 6pm - 6am Monday-ThursdayResponsibilities:Work with plant management to supervise staffMaximize production efficiency by ensuring all procedures are being followedTrain and coach employees on production and equipmentInspect products to ensure they meet all standardsCoordinate all production schedulesRecommend improvements for the production department including quality of product and equipment performanceImplement and drive all Continuous Improvement methods that result in cost savingsBuild a production team that sustains the company's vision, goals, and profitRequirements:HS diploma or equivalent - Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years production supervisor experienceMust be bilingual English/SpanishExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to analyze data and problem solveOpen to shift
