Electrical Design Engineer

We're currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for a leading manufacturer of wastewater equipment in Rosemont, IL. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing electrical systems, these systems include electrical power distribution, instrumentation, and control systems.Hourly Pay$40/hr to $53/hrAnnually$90k to $120kOffers competitive benefits!Advancement Opportunities!Hybrid Flexibility!Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, or electrical design.Has experience with AutoCAD Electrical.Experience designing automation and control systemsExperience within the wastewater treatment industry would be a PLUS!Responsibilities:Designing electrical systems related to water and wastewater technologies.These systems include electrical power distribution, instrumentation, and control systems.Process instrumentation, control panels, motor controls, power monitoring, PLCs, OITs/HMIs, SCADA/DCS systems, industrial networking, IT infrastructure, radio/cellular telemetry, reporting, and data collection.Design documents will include Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), specifications, detailed control panel schematics, and related documentation.AutoCAD Electrical for design work and occasional use of Visio software.1st Shift: Flexible start times (8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm)Travel: 30% Car Travel within 1 hour of Geographic LocationLocationRosemont, ILPositionElectrical EngineerPay$40/hr to $53/hr or Annually$90k to $120kWe're looking to fill this Electrical Engineer role as soon as possible so apply today if you're interested!
