Job Description:Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated, ambitious and driven Sales Associates with experience in selling IT products and services. As a Sales Associate at Visionet, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy, working both tactically and strategically to support successful sales engagements.Key Responsibilities:Assist with developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.Identify and connect with key prospects in the IT and business sectors, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.Assist with managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and effective customer journey.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to refine sales tactics and strategies, continuously improving performance.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance or supply chain management background highly preferred1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS, supply chain, or IT industryExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with, IT and decision-makers.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to support decision-making.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
