Job Title: Sales Coordinator III (Customer Service Coordinator III)Location: Keene, NH - 03431Schedule: M-F, typically 8-5, some OT may be requiredInterview Process: Phone screen, then in-person interviewRequired skills/experience:Bachelors in Business Administration or related field is a hard requirement!3-5 years Customer Service experience including handling of customer Purchase Orders/Contracts, preferably in manufacturing environmentTop skills:Working closely with customers (Purchase orders, quotes, entry of orders)Strong Microsoft skills (excel, ability to write well worded communications)Someone who enjoys complexity and isn't scared/intimated by complexity. This is a dynamic, multifaceted position.Summary: Takes orders from customers and representatives. Responsibilities include: quoting prices, inventory levels, and delivery dates. Maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares status reports. Position acts as a liaison between customer and business in expedition orders. Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel.Day to Day Responsibilities:Responsible for error free execution of quotes, orders and other order management related activities.Build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.Understand and execute contractual agreements.Coordinate order requirements through the MRP system and other business tools.Organize communication for internal customers to meet external customer requirements.Use professional telephone and written communication skills to include excellent use of grammar and sentence structure.Ability to flex across customers, markets, and segments to ensure timely responsiveness to customers.Participate in training, testing, and project related activities as identified.Represent Corning to the customer in a highly effective, professional manner.Required Education: Bachelor in Business Administration or similar.Preferred: Customer Service experience or Sales experience in a manufacturing environment.Required Years and Area of Experience: 3-5 years Customer Service experience including handling of customer Purchase Orders/Contracts.Required Skills:Self motivated performer with broad skills for potential internal career growth.Represent Corning in a professional manner at all times; even under pressure.Quality and customer focused.Professional verbal and written communication skills.Effective problem solver, detail oriented.Demonstrate effective time management and ability to multi-task.Proficiency with Microsoft Tools; Outlook, Excel, WordExcellent typing and keyboarding skillsComfort with multiple complex business systemsDesired Skills:Basic understanding of Aerospace & Defense IndustrySome experience working in a MRP focused manufacturing businessExperience functioning in a diverse, fast paced environmentSoft Skills (Communication/Team/Leadership):Strong/effective interpersonal skillsTeam orientedDesire to deliver outstanding customer experienceThanks,Yeshwant
