Cohen and Wolf, P.C. is seeking to hire an associate attorney to be based out of the firm's Bridgeport office with 1-4 years of corporate and/or real estate experience, including entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, commercial financing transactions, real estate purchases and sales, and leasing. Admission to the Connecticut Bar is required.Cohen and Wolf, P.C. is an established Fairfield County, Connecticut law firm with offices in Bridgeport, Danbury and Westport.
