The Senior Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and handling various aspects of family law in our Westford, MA office and within the Massachusetts court system.QualificationsLegal expertise in Family LawAbility to manage caseload and assist with incoming consultationsExperience in providing legal advice and conducting researchStrong negotiation skills in and outside of the courtroomExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in Massachusetts
