Senior Production Planner

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of production planning experience who is ready to make a tangible impact within a growing organization.Apply here or reach out to Jessica Goodman for more information!Position Overview:Develop and optimize production plans to align with company goals, client demand, and capacity constraints.Maintain master schedules in ERP and scheduling software to meet shipping dates and production targets.Collaborate with teams across Commercial Services, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, and Manufacturing to ensure production alignment.Monitor and adjust resource allocation for optimal efficiency, including labor, equipment, and materials.Perform capacity planning analysis and provide models to senior management on production risks and opportunities.Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding production schedules and project statuses.Lead projects to enhance production capabilities and reduce lead times.Identify process improvement opportunities in production planning and workflow efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience in production planning, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain dynamicsProficiency in planning software, ERP systems, data analysis tools, and Excel.Experience with capacity and resource planning, and familiarity with MRP systems.
