Human Resources Generalist

Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for an HR Generalist in Lebanon, PA. Position is temp-to-perm, onsite not remote, and potential for long-term career opportunity.Salary: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmDuties and Responsibilities:Provide outstanding employee experience while serving and addressing teammates' inquiries.Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.Ensures compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, record scanning, and correspondence.Manage employee programs such as unemployment, workers compensation, engagement, etc.Assist with organizing company events and activities.Experience and Educational Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of previous human resources experienceCollege Degree in HR, Business or related is requiredPHR or SPHR certification preferredCustomer service mindsetPossesses excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Organizational and time management skills.Proficient with Office 365 suite and familiarity with HRIS system software
