We recently launched our newest version and are assembling a team to increase our marketshare.About the RoleJob Summary: Successful iNPLANT Funnel is seeking to hire an ambitious, resourceful and self-starter Inside Sales Representative. This is a great opportunity in the Medical Device Sales field.ResponsibilitiesCall on targeted surgeons, facilities, and hospitals to increase sales.Build and maintain relationships with decision makers and influencers at assigned customer accounts. Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.Handle inbound leads by qualifying, engaging partners, and managing sales from inside.Assist with shipping orders when necessary.Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Director.QualificationsBachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college preferred, but not required. Recent college grads considered.Required SkillsBachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific or business discipline.One year of successful inside business-to-business experience.One year of sales and/or marketing experience.Must be self-motivated and disciplined.Ability to work independently and as a team member.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording/handling client sales information.Excellent judgment/decision making skills.Ability to accurately assess individual situations and draw on prior knowledge, experience, and problem-solving skills to come up with successful solutions.Strong focus on providing customers with superior products and service.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Good organizational and planning skills.Strong selling/closing and marketing skills.Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to identify critical activities and tasks and adjust priorities to meet goals and objectives.Ability to overcome obstacles to gain access to key personnel.Excellent selling/persuasion/presentation skills.Preferred SkillsExcellent selling/persuasion/presentation skills.Pay range and compensation packageBase Pay: Starting at $23 an hourBonus: Based on net sales (TBD)Benefits: Insurance participation after 90 days, 401(k) eligibility after one yearEqual Opportunity StatementInclude a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
