Site Superintendent

Seeking a Superintendent for an established General Contractor in the Northern NJ area. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, high performing team and make an impact. Primarily focused on Commercial/Education/Multi-Family/Industrial/Healthcare projects Daily travel to jobsites required.Responsibilities/Qualifications:5+years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with experience running teamsRelevant Degree is preferred.Manage sub-contractors, site management, budgeting, from take-offs to closeout.Knowledge of on-site safety measures and local laws/regulations, run toolbox talks, ect.Relationships with local subcontractors preferred.Experience with site layouts, coordinating deliveries, inspections, interfacing with Project Managers and Clients.Proficient in construction software (Bluebeam/Procore/Ect.)Salary/Benefits:$130k-$170k+ base salary based on experienceVeichle Allowance/ Company Vehicle Competitive Overall Compensation PackageIf you're interested in hearing more details: Please email your resume to ian.farber@ or call (347) 363-2532.
