Associate Medical Sales Representative

This is an Associate Sales Representative opening (outside field sales) with a growing company in the diagnostics space, covering a territory of The Bronx and Westchester County. You will be responsible for both hunting and closing new sales as well as managing existing accounts.Job Description:Work with the assigned Territory Manager to maintain and support existing customersWork closely with the Territory Manager to close new businessAssess the needs of staff members and medical professionals with a focus on problem-solving, customer support, and coordination of logisticsMaintain and respect the confidentiality of financial and laboratory informationPromote quality patient/client relationships and foster a supportive environment by serving as a role model for other employeesAdhere to and practice all company policies and regulationsParticipate in compliance trainings and follow compliance proceduresPerform various duties within completion of designated time framesCommunicate with the company's customers and staff to ensure qualitySupport and maintain service oriented relationships with customersUtilize professional and person skills to promote exceptional customer serviceJob Details: $70,000 base salary$30,000 bonus/commissions ; total compensation $100,000$500/month car allowance OR company car (your choice)Medical/vision/dental benefits401k matchAll business expenses coveredJob Requirements: MUST HAVE 1-2+ years of outside field sales experienceMust have sales awards, achievements, rankings, and percent to quota listed on your resume for each year you have been in salesBachelor Degree requiredBackground in medical or diagnostic sales highly preferredMUST be based within the territory - the Bronx or Westchester County
