Looking for a Sanitation Manager for the food manufacturing industry in Central FL.This is an Immediate NeedRequired SkillsBS Degree or Equivalent experience and certifications3 or more years of sanitation experience in the food manufacturing industry.Experience with audits, chemicals, sanitation schedule, safety and moreKnowledge of food safety and HACCPWhat you will be doingDeveloping and implementing the master sanitation schedule/program for the manufacturing facility.Oversees the storage and use of cleaning chemicals.Controls and minimizes overtime labor costs.Monitors the usage of all cleaning/sanitizing chemicals and agents to ensure compliance to safety requirements.Maintains close working relationship with QAEnsures compliance to all federal, state and local laws and company policies.Develop, train, mentor and coach the employeesIf you are interested and qualified please send your resume to Kristie atkharnish@
