Summary Of What Our Client OffersOpportunity to advance and grow within their many locations nationally and in TNGenerous PTO, 401k and match, medical, dental, continued education and morePriority on Workers' Safety and work life balanceOpportunity to be the Maintenance/Engineering Manager in 3 to 5 yearsSummary of your Responsibilities will IncludeFill in for Maintenance/Engineering Manager in his absence.Responsible for communication with Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Technicians and Production Department on repairs, scheduling of down time and acquiring Production Department input.Assists mechanics at any given time to assure all daily tasks are carried out.Responsible for basic office duties such as parts ordering, work scheduling, PM scheduling and receiving records.Responsible for the set up and operation of the PM program, updating of the program and adjustments to the schedule.Touring of the plant to view the condition of the equipment and assigning of any repairs needed.What Qualifications and Skills are we looking for:High School Diploma or equivalent education5 or more years of mechanical experience or equivalent trainingMust have 3-5 years as a lead or Supervision in a Maintenance departmentAbility to work with minimal supervision within a team environment.Good practical sense working with and troubleshooting equipment problemsMust be a self-starter and have the ability to detect and troubleshoot problems and carry out the proper repairs.Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, industrial refrigeration, food processing experience is a plus.If you are qualified and ready for a new opportunity please send your resume to Kristie atkharnish@
